Ahi Poke Tuna, is just the beginning to all good things to come! If you love Ahi Poke Tuna, you will love this super easy 6 ingredient dish! The possibilities are endless when it comes to Ahi Poke Tuna. For now, I'll stick to the basics. Most recently, I had this with Siete Grain Free Tortilla Chips. Yum! Eventually I'll share my Poke Bowl, Poke Nachos, Poke this and Poke that.

Ingredients

1/2 pound tuna, cubed

2 tablespoons low-sodium soy (optional: 1 tbsp soy and 1 tbsp Coconut Aminos)

1 tablespoon sesame oil

2 teaspoons or 1 tbsp chili garlic sauce (up to you)

1 tablespoon chives or green onions

1/2 tablespoon sesame seeds

Optional: avocado, cubed

Directions

Rinse tuna, and pat dry with a paper towel. Cut into cubes. Set aside.

Add soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, sesame oil, chives and sesame seeds to a small bowl. Mix until combine.

Pour mixture over ahi cubes, toss until each piece is well coated.

Optional, cut avocado into cubes, and gently toss with the tuna poke.

Notes: I prefer soy sauce and coconut aminos, whenever a recipe calls for soy sauce I half it, replace with coconut aminos. Also, I prefer chives, milder onion taste compared to green onions.
